The pictures on this page showcases some of the work that we have
done, as well as some common applications for custom powder coating.
Services We Provide
As a custom powder coating business we offer the flexibility of servicing
smaller quantities and having the capabilities to mask and pay attention
to the tiny details of intricate work.
In addition to being able to service smaller intricate parts, we also have
the capacity to process larger work pieces such as crane parts, trailers,
automation panels and bases, as well as some architectural trellises
and beams.
Some of the benefits of using powder coating are:
- Durable, scratch resistant coating
- Inhibits rust, has a better performance than most solvent based
paints for outdoor applications and on salt-spray tests.
- Drips, runs and poor adhesion are problems of the past when
you switch to powder coating.
- Powder Coating is applied at a fairly low temperature, (400*F and
under) far below the austenizing temperature for metal
transformation, therefore reducing the risk of warpage.
- New emerging technology for lower temperature cured powders
allows for MDF, certain woods, and some plastics to be powder
coated.
- Environmentally friendly, negligible amounts of VOC's emitted vs.
other more traditional finishing methods (plating/solvent painting)
